What's on the menu?

The second week of March menu was planned entirely by Joe, and it was great, for that reason.

With Irene travelling, Joe and I handled the coming week: March 16 through 23. End of Feb kickoff

Potato Salad w/ lemon and tarragon dressing
p. 149 Eat More, Weigh Less
Lima beans

Tuesday

Macaroni and cheese
artichokes (2)

Wednesday

Pineapple chunks and swordfish
None of that other stuff. i.e. no ginger pineapple marinade or pineapple salsa
Just pineapple chunks. We pick up the swordfish Wed. so it's fresh.

Thursday

Red cabbage
black beans
fettucine. Where does he pick up these pasta names?

Friday

Mussels and pasta: p. 164, Best Revenge
I tried to hold out for Mussels Provencale, which we've had several times, but no go. Later heard Joe singing a new three-word song: "Mussels Provencale ....." using his favorite four-year-old word.
