Flute and Guitar Duets
by Peter Draper

Good news. These 47 duets 'for intermediate players' are are by Bach, Dowland, Handel, Mozart, Beethoven, Corelli.

There are also pieces by Purcell, Telemann, Chopin, Schubert, Granados, Tarrega and others, some waltzes and Spanish pieces which we haven't played at all. I'm just mentioning them so you can get an idea of the range of music in the book.

I enjoy playing many of the Bach, Mozart and Beethoven pieces in the collection. There's also great Corelli piece, elegant and stately. None were too easy to be boring, and some were just beyond reach at first.

'Guitar and Flute Duets' is an excellent and long-lasting value, especially if you play the flute and have a classical guitar player in the house, or of course vice versa.
